What to Expect

Your journey begins in Catania, travelling together to the historic port town of Milazzo.

Here, we settle into our hotel, exhale after travel, and gather for a welcome buffet dinner (drinks not included) — a gentle opening into retreat time.

The following morning, after breakfast, you board the aliscafo for Filicudi, sailing through the Aeolian Islands of Vulcano, Lipari, Stromboli, and Salina, before arriving at our dream destination — Filicudi.

On arrival, you will be welcomed into your island home, staying at Casa Rossi or our Boutique Residence, located just next door, chosen for privacy, sea views, and understated elegance. From this moment on, the pace gently slows, and the retreat truly begins.

Each day is shaped around two Inspiral classes, designed to harmonise body, breath, and environment:

  • Morning sessions take place in the Rossi Shala, a bamboo-covered sanctuary that remains naturally cool, surrounded by bougainvillea and soft Mediterranean light.

  • Sunset sessions 🌅 are held on the exclusive Rossi sea-view terrace or beside the infinity pool at our Boutique Residence, where movement unfolds against the vast Mediterranean horizon.

You will be nourished with five homemade breakfasts at Casa Rossi and three Aeolian-style vegetarian dinners, including local wine, beer, and mineral water.

Between classes, time is intentionally left open.

Your slow time is yours — explore the uncontaminated beauty of Filicudi through coastal walks, swimming, private boat trips, hidden sea caves, and gentle Aeolian island hopping.

This retreat is an invitation to quiet luxury, presence, and deep restoration, shaped by sea, light, and the timeless spirit of one of Sicily’s most untouched islands.
