For five days and four nights, you’ll have time to truly slow down.
Relax on the terrace with a book in hand, or settle into the rooftop living space with a mint tea and traditional Moroccan biscuits, overlooking an endless landscape of waves, sand and rock shaped by nature itself.

Lose yourself in the charm of the Medina as you wander through its white and blue streets. Walk to the long golden beach, drift through the bustling fisherman’s port, explore artisan shops and hidden galleries, or discover rooftop cafés and bars where time seems to stretch and soften.
At night, fall asleep to the sound of the Atlantic Ocean.
Each day flows between rooftop Yoga and Pilates, nourishing shared meals, and unforgettable sunsets over the sea.
There is also space for adventure — a traditional hammam, a camel or horse ride along the coast, surfing in the Atlantic waves — or simply doing nothing at all, exactly as you feel.

Laura will lead two daily Yoga or Pilates sessions on our stunning ocean-view rooftop terrace, where the rhythm of the Atlantic Ocean becomes part of your practice and every movement is accompanied by the sound of the waves.
Beyond the mat, Essaouira invites you to slow down and embrace its unique charm. Wander through the enchanting Medina, stroll along the golden beach, watch the colourful fishing boats return to the harbour, browse artisan boutiques, or simply relax with a refreshing mint tea as the sea breeze drifts by.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
2 yoga or Pilates sessions a day for all levels, held on our stunning rooftop ocean-view terrace by the sea, led by Laura Guarnera. Morning sessions are energising and expansive, while evening practices are gentle, restorative, and deeply relaxing.
4 days / 4 nights accommodation in a beautiful private ocean-view riad, tucked inside the historic Medina, available in shared twin/double or private single rooms.
4 nourishing Moroccan breakfasts served on-site each morning, with fresh, local ingredients.
3 delicious Moroccan dinners served at the riad or at local restaurant plus 1 lunch a beautiful restaurant in Essaouira or a secret nearby location (details shared in the daily schedule).not dinner will be offered on that night .

Your Riad
Riad Kafila is one of the best located riads in the medina of Essaouira with an amazing ocean view. Our team welcomes you with a blend of desert simplicity, modern comfort and warmhearted hospitality.
It is comprised of three floors and a stunning rooftop terrace with views up and down Essaouira’s scenic coast. The riad is an oasis of calm only a few minutes from the many restaurants, souks, cafes and shops in the medina, and only five minutes walking from both the harbor and the kilometers of endless sandy beach.

The local experience
If you want to experience Morocco without the tourist tricks and crowds, Essaouira is the perfect place. The laid back bohemian vibe of the city makes it easy for you to interact with the locals and get to know the Moroccan culture and way of life. For a truly local experience, buy some fish from the fish market in the Medina, and have it prepared in one of the small community restaurants. Or, go to a traditional hammam for a full cleansing and cultural experience. Or, visit one of the authentic farmers’ markets, where you are likely to find donkeys, goats, fresh vegetables, camels, and country supplies.
