This was my second Inspiral Escape with Laura and I would go again in a heartbeat !
Laura organised everything so well that the event ran really smoothly from start to finish.

As the week went on I could sense that my body was appreciating the extra attention from the gentle morning and evening Yoga/Pilates each day; I slept really soundly, felt relaxed and refreshed during the day.
Highly recommended to anyone considering a few days away which somehow feel like a fortnight’s break, exploring beautiful surroundings, eating delicious food alongside friendly and welcoming people.
