Incorporate a Foam Roller into exercises Matwork repertoire for a workout that challenges balance and coordination. With this workshop, developed by InSpiral Pilates Flow you will learn how the roller targets core stabilisers, cues alignment and challenges strength through the periphery and core. Discover how to use cues and corrections to maintain safety and effectiveness in all workouts.
Increase your ease of movement, range of movement, improve circulation, lymphatic drainage and transform your breath with the foam roller.

Based on Myofascial release and fascia focused movement. Moving, softening unnecessary tension in order to reduce pain, restore mobility and improve the whole body integration.

Learning objectives

Understand movement essence and exercise goals
Challenge balance, stability and spatial awareness on the Mat
Create variety and challenge while focusing on alignment and movement quality
Myofascia massage to release tension, unfold & fold,spiral, roll over and under.
